Request for Proposals - 2026 Building Condition Assessment Project (Phase 2)
The Town of Goderich is accepting proposals for the 2026 Building Condition Assessment Project (Phase 2) which involves conducting detailed assessments of twenty-eight (28) municipal facilities to evaluate the condition of each building and its components through visual, non-destructive inspections of each building's structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Submission Deadline: April 17, 2026 at 12 PM.
