United Way and The Canadian Mental Health Association - Connection Centre to Goderich
It's official - the Goderich Connection Centre is coming! Today, United Way Perth-Huron, alongside our partners at CMHA Huron Perth, proudly announced the launch of our fundraising campaign to bring a much-needed Connection Centre to Goderich. And while this is exciting news for our community, it's also an important step forward for the people we all work so hard to support.
This isn't about replacing the incredible work already happening in our community. It's about strengthening it. In your roles, you see the challenges, the gaps and, most importantly, the people behind the statistics. Your support and your voices will be essential as we move this project forward. Of course, we have some fundraising to do! Our goal is $906,000 to complete the necessary renovations and support the centre's first year of operation. It's an ambitious undertaking, but we know what this community can accomplish when we come together.
