Community Improvement Plans
Investing In Our Community
Community Improvement Plans (CIPs) are tools enabled under the Ontario Planning Act that allow municipalities to offer financial incentives for strategic investment. In practical terms, they are one way the Municipality partners with property owners, tenants, developers, and entrepreneurs to strengthen our local economy and improve the quality of our built environment.
