Water and Sewer Connection Permits
Unserviced Lots:
If your property does not currently have water or wastewater service, you can apply to have it connected to the Town’s systems.
- You must receive written approval from the Town before connecting to the municipal water, wastewater, or storm sewer systems.
- To start the process, you or your contractor must complete a Work Approval Permit.
Serviced Lots:
If your property already has water and wastewater service, you are responsible for hiring a licensed plumber or contractor to complete the connections on your property.
- All work on private property must meet the Ontario Building Code.
- For approval and inspections, contact the Building Department and apply for a Plumbing Permit.
