Tax Rebates
Charity Rebate:
Registered charitable or non-profit organizations, as defined under subsection 248(1) of the Canada Income Tax Act, may qualify for a property tax rebate if they own or lease space in commercial or industrial buildings.
Tax Refund for Designated Heritage Properties :
The Town of Goderich offers a Tax Refund Program for Designated Heritage Properties, subject to funding availability.
