The Mayor is often asked to attend many community events and activities throughout the year. To formally invite the Mayor to your event, complete the Mayor Appearance Request form. Once submitted, it will be reviewed by the Municipal Executive Coordinator, who will then reach out to confirm the Mayor's attendance or convey regrets.
Please be aware that due to a demanding schedule, the Mayor may not be able to accept all invitations. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact Town Hall at 519-524-8344 ext. 209.
