Council and Committee Meetings:

Meeting Format:

Council and Committee meetings are held in hybrid format, meaning members and the public can participate either in-person at Town Hall or virtually. 

Meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise noted. 

Agendas and Minutes:

  • Council and Committee Agendas are posted on the Wednesday before each regular meeting. 
  • Meeting Minutes are posted online after they are approved at the following meeting. 

Looking for an agenda or a set of minutes not posted online? Contact the Clerk's department for a copy. 

Submitting Correspondence:

If you’d like to submit a letter or document for Council or a Committee's consideration:

  • Your submission must be received 11 days before the agenda is posted.

  • Send documents to the Clerk’s department for inclusion in the upcoming meeting package.

All Council and Committee meetings are live-streamed and recorded for public viewing.

  • Watch live during the meeting.

  • Access past recordings at your convenience.

Declaration of Pecuniary Interest Registry

Under the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, Council members must declare any pecuniary (financial) interest they may have in matters before Council or a Committee.

The Town maintains a public registry of these declarations.
