Council and Committee Meetings
Meetings of Council and Committees will be held in a hybrid format, which includes both electronic and in-person participation. Council and Committee meetings are open to the public. Information on upcoming meetings is available below.
Members of the public can view a live stream of a meeting and are recorded for future viewing. The live streaming and recordings of meetings are provided as a courtesy and intended solely for private viewing. They are not to be distributed, published or re-broadcast in whole or in part in any way. The video-recording belongs to the Town of Goderich. Any Agendas or Minutes of Council or Committee meetings that are not available online can be obtained by contacting the Clerk at Town Hall.
Council and Committee Agendas are posted on the Wednesday prior to a regular scheduled meeting. If members of the public wish to submit a letter to Council for consideration, documents are due 11 days prior to the agenda being posted. Council and Committee minutes are posted following their adoption at the following meeting.
We aim to upload meeting minutes and recordings to our website as soon as they are approved.
