The Town of Goderich is creating a fully integrated community and investing over six (6) million dollars in roads and stormwater infrastructure in 2025. While this investment reflects the 2025 approved budget, there are also projects being completed this year that were approved in previous budget years.
This investment in the community helps us put the right infrastructure in place to meet community needs.
What to expect this year:
This year, residents can expect road closures and lane restrictions on Suncoast Drive between Bayfield Road and Eldon Street, as well as the Square between West Street and East Street (South half). Notices will be delivered to residents directly affected by construction prior to construction start.

The projects listed below are major construction initiatives for 2025, aimed at maintaining and upgrading the road infrastructure of the Town.
