Open air burning is regulated by By-law 124 of 2016. The Fire Chief may institute a burn ban at any time, as may be deemed necessary in the opinion of the Fire Chief, and is in the interests of public safety. No person, organization, partnership, company or group shall be entitled to a burn permit during a burn ban. If you wish to have an Open Burn, please notify the Fire Chief with the following information:
- Your name
- Your cell number
- Location of burn
- Time of burn
