Outdoor Cafe Licence
Outdoor Cafe Licences are required for all restaurants where outdoor seating on municipal property, including a sidewalk, is provided for the serving or consumption of food or beverages.
How to Apply:
To apply for an Outdoor Cafe Licence, complete the Outdoor Cafe Licence Application Form.
Note: Restaurant owners must notify the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) before they start selling and serving liquor on their seasonal patio.
